I liked the customer service, the staff were very friendly. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was excellent for my business trip, close to the places I needed to visit. The only issue was breakfast, which started at 8 am while I had to leave the hotel at 7 am, but nothing else.
