The lodge was delicious, the décor tasteful, and the view wonderful. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was great, and the room was super comfortable. Our stay was perfect. I loved everything!

The stay was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by Tayná and Carol, and the entire reception team helped organize our itineraries and schedule tours, managing the timetable and payments. Every staff member—reception, restaurant, bar, gardening, cleaning, transport—was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding, with a spread of savory items, juices, and a Chicama restaurant menu featuring beautiful, tasty toast. For lunch and dinner, we could dine at Chicama, where we sampled delicious dishes and were greeted by the team (Gui, Ranieri, and others). The lodge’s view is magnificent, overlooking Pico Hill, and the infinity pool on the ground floor shares the same view. The terrace also has individual pools overlooking the sea outside. The linens and towels are exceptional, soft and impeccably clean. The soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and moisturizers are high quality and fragrant. The individual pools on the terrace with sea views are reserved for certain guests, and traffic on the side street can stir up dust.

The service was flawless, the facilities comfortable, and the view by the pool was great. The staff were distinctive, polite, and helpful, and the restaurant was excellent. Nothing to add.

The pousada is wonderful, the rooms are great, the location is also very good, cleanliness and service are impeccable, and the reception staff, especially Tayná and Kelly, are exceptional.
