No positives. The rooms had a heavy mold smell, the pillowcases were not clean and there was dirt. The TV selection was limited. The washbasin only had hot water, no cold. The lobby and the elevator were both moldy, and the equipment was completely outdated.

The front desk staff were friendly, the room was simple but clean, and breakfast was included. The kettle had rust stains, so a replacement is recommended. The clothes rack on the wall was broken, and clothes fell off immediately after hanging.

The location was close to the place I needed to go. However, the experience at Kaohsiung Spring Art Hotel was very disappointing. The night shift front desk staff’s attitude was clearly poor. When I asked about booking details, they replied as if “the guest should have known already,” showing impatience and lacking basic professionalism and courtesy. During check‑in, they didn’t provide any basic information, such as breakfast time and location, which hotels normally give proactively. After entering the room, I discovered a noticeable cigarette smell and a broken TV. Calling the front desk to report it, no one answered. Overall, the service attitude and room maintenance left me disappointed. If the hotel wants to maintain its rating, it should strengthen staff training and equipment management.

住宿不錯空間寬敞長輩很滿意,附近走路五六分鐘有青年夜市。. 缺點是在房間看到一隻小蟑螂。
