The staff answered the booking chat quickly, everything was spotless, and the location suited me perfectly, but the shower takes a few minutes to heat up, and when I arrived in winter it was cold and I wanted the AC on, yet there was no remote for the AC.

The price for the large private room was very good, the spot was close to shopping streets, but the welcome was very cold, no staff were present, and nobody was around to help.
