The bed was comfortable and spacious, but we spent 30 minutes figuring out how to enter the hotel because there was no information; we eventually learned we had to enter from the back.
“Mauvaise adresse”
The front‑desk people were downright unpleasant. They never answered my email and seemed to have no idea what customer service is supposed to be.
The bed was comfortable and the linens felt nice, but the shower left a lot to be desired – low pressure and inconsistent water temperature made it hard to enjoy.
“Unclean and impractical”
The hotel sits right next to the Seguanay fjord dock, and checking in and out was a piece of cake. Unfortunately the room layout is awkward, the beds felt hard, and there were hardly any power outlets where you need them. The shared kitchen gear – kettle, microwave, crockery – was grimy, the bath linens were cheap, and there was no staff on site to help out.
