The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, there was a fridge, and the location was perfect for reaching Erawan, but the bedding was not very comfortable.

They offered a paid transport to the waterfall early in the morning, and after we returned to Kanchanaburi by bus, the staff caught the bus for us; we could stand on the road in the heat, but it was nice to wait in the shade with a fan, and hot water, coffee, tea, and a microwave were available.

I chose this hotel to see the Erawan waterfalls; it’s a 20‑minute bus ride from the falls and a 10‑15‑minute walk from two 7‑Eleven stores. The staff were very friendly and helped me with the bus to the falls (expect 20‑30 baht for the bus and 300 baht for entrance). My private room was very clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel if you want to spend a night or two to enjoy Erawan in a calm, relaxing setting.

I liked the location near tourist spots and the 7/11, but the check‑in process was confusing because I booked a 2‑bedroom house and ended up in two standard rooms; I had to point out the mistake and the staff only told me we were for four people without clarifying the room type. They didn’t explain how the system worked and left me to demand a correct room. The Wi‑Fi was advertised but never worked—“no internet connection” appeared throughout my stay and the front desk stayed on standby without fixing it. The towels were old and left a rash on my skin. The bedroom door was old, loose, and made a loud creaking noise when opened or closed, yet no repair was done. The bed was extremely soft, causing my parents back pain after just one night; we’ll never stay here again.
