The spot is ideal for Lucca, and the check‑in and check‑out process was smooth. Everything was very clean and the space was generous.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bed. It was centrally located yet quiet, and we were not disturbed by noise. It would have helped to have an extra set of sheets or a duvet, because not everyone likes sharing with their companion. The bathroom lacked soap. The message with the entry code arrived late on WhatsApp, and it wasn’t clear that it had been sent. I didn’t have the app, so I got the info from my brother who was staying in another room at the same time. I had to download the app to receive the details, as it didn’t come via email or on the booking site.

The location is beautiful, with a great view of the square and within walking distance of the parking outside the walls. The atmosphere is cozy. You do have to climb many stairs with your luggage. Self‑check‑in worked flawlessly. The room was tidy and clean, simple but very pleasant. A mini‑fridge and air‑conditioning were present, and the bed was good. There was an issue with the toilet, but the owner came right away to look at it. The shower head couldn’t be raised higher.

The room sits high in an old building, away from the central bustle—quiet and with a pleasant view over the rooftops. It’s a good size, with a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. The stairs are steep, but if you’re okay with that, it could be a nice place to spend time in Lucca.
