“Was wonderful place… very clean, fun for family, and most of the Staff was friendly and helpful!”

I liked the property overall! I wished there were more diverse food options and my booking said breakfast was included, but the staff said that was wrong at check‑in.

“El personal súper amable la hotel en excelentes condiciones 😊”

The facilities are in very good condition and always clean, but the room we were given had connected doors or shared walls, so we could hear the TV and conversations from the other side during housekeeping 😑

The location is good and the room is clean, yet overall service is quite poor—only the Italian restaurant staff were decent, otherwise the service feels weak and indifferent, and it’s extremely expensive for what it offers.
