“OK, but a bit disappointing.”
The building is beautiful, the grounds gorgeous, and the restaurant nice. The room felt unfinished, lacking pictures or a full-length mirror, and a strange plumbing noise played all night.

Clean and well presented; the evening shift staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast staff were unfriendliness, acting overworked though it didn’t look busy, and the coffee machine was subpar for a place like this.

The food was amazing and the restaurant atmosphere was lovely—smart yet friendly. The grounds were outstanding and we enjoyed strolling the gardens. The staff were very friendly, but the rooms were hot; small fans were supplied but the rooms felt a bit stuffy.
