I booked last minute and the staff were lovely, even finding our credit card and sending it by post to Cartagena. The 24‑hour reception and checkout until 12:00 made things easy. The room had a slightly strong musty smell, and the roof terrace could use a bit more love and cleaning, but overall the value for money was excellent and it’s close to the bus station.

The location is convenient if you want to take the bus, and the price is reasonable. We couldn’t get in or out without the receptionist, and after a certain hour they weren’t at their desk so I couldn’t leave. I had a room with a fan but no AC, and it was so hot that even after a shower I couldn’t stand the heat. I eventually had to wait for the sun to set and leave the door open for fresh air.

They have 24‑hour reception next to the bus terminal, and the staff are friendly. The bathroom is in the room and there’s a communal outdoor terrace with hammocks. The room fan only has maximum speed and it was very noisy.

A perfect family hotel very close to Cartagena’s transport terminal (just a few minutes’ walk). The owner gave us great recommendations on where to eat and how to get to the places we wanted to visit. The reception is open 24 hours and they sell drinks. The rooftop is very comfortable. Nothing to complain about, everything was fine.

Friendly welcome and a great spot right near the bus stop, plus a balcony with hammocks that’s perfect for cooling off. The room didn’t have air‑conditioning, but a fan and open windows kept it cool enough.
