The apartment was very well situated, below the SNCF station and near the city center. However, it arrived dirty: hair in the shower drain, the terrace was not cleaned, cigarette butts and ashes in the barbecue, dirty ceramic tiles, fingerprints on kitchen furniture, moldy dishes in the dishwasher, etc. I sent photos and an email to the management service during my stay, but have received no response to date. The listing claimed everything was provided, yet there were no dishwasher tablets, only three coffee pods for three people over four days, no pepper in the pepper shaker (dirty), and other items that were not included. The description was not honest about the property: the staircase had no handrail, so my father, who is disabled, could not access the accommodation. We had to book another room elsewhere for him. If the listing or photos had mentioned this, we wouldn't have booked. This poses a risk for some guests and children. The stairs to the upper floor were very steep and narrow, dangerous for kids and seniors. This should be shown in photos and mentioned in the listing. Also, the rails are a few meters away from the apartment; even with windows closed, we could hear them, up to about ten trains (passenger or freight) per hour, starting at 4 am. The neighbor threatened to report us to the police if we threw our trash on the street when leaving, claiming it was a habit of guests because there are no bins or containers in or near the property, contrary to what the host says.

It was very well equipped, comfortable, and loud.

The location was close to the city center, but there is an unnotified railway line nearby. The kitchen lacked equipment: no pots, pans without handles.

Renovated brand‑new, impeccable. Concierge service was optimal. The staircase on the second floor was too steep for a frail person, and the listing lacked transparency; maybe you should ask questions? Luckily there was a sofa bed on the first floor. Everything else was perfect, even the train did not disturb me.
