Good little hotel. Great location. Everything’s nearby. Responsive staff.

First and foremost, the staff were super friendly. Second, the place is very quiet. Third, the location is convenient—15‑20 minutes on foot to the university boulevard. The room was clean and the internet was stable. I didn’t like the lighting in the room—daylight was cold and there wasn’t enough bedside lighting.

Good value for money, rooms are comfortable and clean. The owners and staff are kind, though they don’t speak English. The breakfast was mediocre for “continental” standards, and because all the rooms are in the reception area, we often heard a lot of noise from people talking or watching videos on their phones.

The staff were very friendly, and a lovely woman prepared the breakfasts. When I first asked for Russian TV, a staff member came and set it up. The bed wasn’t wide, but it was comfortable enough. A water cooler was in the hallway. The internet was good. We didn’t get a cleaning for three days, and towels weren’t changed. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom that drifted into the room when the door opened, and there was a wet spot under the ceiling—maybe it’s called something else. It was unpleasant. One outlet near each bed was missing. The breakfasts were very modest. Rooms were only on the second floor and there was no elevator. The entrance to the hotel was through a construction or renovation zone, and there was no bedside lighting.
