The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly, parking was easy, there were plenty of shops and late‑night eateries nearby, and the lobby fragrance was delightful, yet it was a shame that there was no luggage scale.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, little illustrations beside the facilities showed great attention to detail, and the reception staff were kind and made a real effort to communicate despite the language barrier, which I really appreciated, although the washing machine had no place to hang clothes so we could only drape them inside the wardrobe, and the kitchenette lacked plates and cutlery that would have improved the stay.
