The location and room were good and the staff were friendly, but the WiFi was the worst I've seen at a hotel in Thailand since 2008 – it was unstable and capped at 3‑4 Mbit/s at best. I tested several spots on the property and had to leave and find another place that met a minimum standard. Even if they offered a room change, I knew it wouldn't help. If you need to work remotely or just want to stream Netflix in the evening, stay away.

The cleanliness, comfortable beds, and pool were great, but the location was a problem – the beach was polluted and deserted, even though we chose this hotel for its proximity to the beach. Breakfast was limited, with very few European options, and the staff at the breakfast area seemed unresponsive.
