Everything else was fantastic. Unfortunately, one of our friends was seriously injured in an accident that the management apparently neglected; the ropes, cables, and other equipment were worn out and in a poor state. The swimming pool and mud volleyball area were unhygienic. The staff were great, but the owner and managers seemed detached, and the injured guest never received an apology or any compensation. Food was awesome, and people like Sashank were brilliant; I suggest they receive a salary raise.
