The location was perfect and the place very peaceful. The bathroom, however, is in need of a renovation.
The food was excellent, the front‑desk staff were friendly, and most of the team were great. The only issue was that some restaurant waiters didn’t consistently serve the tables.

The cleanliness, the food, the shows, and the warmth of the people were all wonderful and felt very close‑knit.
The room was super comfy with a balcony, the hotel spotless and welcoming, and the pool fantastic—thanks to the low season we got to use the arch‑shaped pool, which really lifted the trip; the facilities are impressive and the staff’s service is excellent. Even though the all‑inclusive plan requires moving between hotels, the quiet, pretty area made it no trouble, and everything was within walking distance, so I’d definitely recommend it. It would be great if the arch pool were open all year, even during peak season.
