The staff and security were kind and very accommodating, and the breakfast was great. However, the carpet in Room 9 looked stained, and when I asked the manager for a room change she said she doesn’t work on weekends. The bed was stiff and not what I had requested. On the first night we only received towels for one person instead of two, and the cutlery set was also for one person, with just one spoon and one glass. A tile in the bathroom was loose, and other tiles seemed to be separating. The cupboard’s wood looked old. The spa bath didn’t work; algae appeared while we were bathing.
