How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

I liked that they had barbecues at the pool so I could have fresh food cooked for my family, and the price was affordable without needing to find parking or go anywhere. However, $200 a night was a little steep.

“Esta bien pero no me fui conforme y con la expectativa que tenia.”

The hotel is decent. The rooms are fine, and I liked that they have a kitchen, fridge, and feel like a separate hotel room, which is good in that sense. I expected better given the rating and people’s comments. The location seemed awful; I had to drive 30 minutes by car for everything, which I thought was better situated—maybe I misread the info or was misled by reviews and chatgpt. When I booked they said I could pay in cash, but when I arrived everything was card‑only. They also charge an extra 20 USD per day for parking. There’s no daily housekeeping. Breakfast was neat and well presented, but the selection felt thin.

The staff were more than helpful. Desiree at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. We were there because my husband had surgery scheduled for Friday. We had several things with us due to his disability and she helped me to get everything upstairs without incident.

Staff were excellent, facilities, rooms all clean. Kitchenette was brilliant and added extra, great value all round. Highly recommended
