The bedding and bath towels were super clean and fragrant, all kitchen utensils were new and stylish, everything worked perfectly, and the hair dryer in the bathroom was great; the host was very attentive. I had to use the blanket in the closet because it was cold, and it had a used smell, but the room stayed at a pleasant temperature and it wasn’t a problem.

The hotel was clean, tidy, and fully stocked with all necessities; the staff were meticulous and considerate. We flew in from Mexico City with my grandson and were exhausted, so the hotel allowed us to check in early—thank you so much.
