We really enjoyed staying here. It’s just around the corner from Malioboro Street, which is a blast for shopping and evening strolls. The hotel is a manageable (hot) walk from the station with our backpacks. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff were very helpful. The only thing to note: our room window faced a blank wall, but that didn’t bother us.

The spot was spot on, just off Malioboro, and the room was roomy, clean, and comfy. Breakfast offered a great spread, and the staff always greeted us warmly, even when we were just walking through the lobby. The only snag was that the hot water in the shower never worked properly and the issue stayed unresolved.
