“Turn & burn sleepover”

The location fit my needs and the price was reasonable for the single night I stayed; the room was small but clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were four pillows with a thick comforter. I was annoyed by the long wait to check in—over 15 minutes standing in the lobby, calling the hotel from the lobby and hearing the phone ring in the back, then leaving to find another place and encountering an elderly man who couldn’t tell me anything. I called booking customer service, got no real help, and after 40+ minutes someone finally answered at the lobby. When I returned, a pleasant employee explained that “someone may have been in the restroom” 😐 I also didn’t like that my room lacked hand towels and washcloths.

I liked that the hotel was on the main road and that the staff were very courteous and helpful; nothing else.

The room smelled moldy when we first arrived, and on the second night the couch bed mattress was covered in mold; there were also obvious drug deals happening in the parking lot at night.

The bathroom and shower were fine, though I spotted a couple of bugs, and the non‑smoking room had a lingering smoke smell; one of the bedside lights was out.

“Would find somewhere else to stay”

The front desk girl was friendly, but the room was filthy and uncomfortable, with roaches in both the room and the bathroom; the online photos were misleading, looking much better than the actual place.
