How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We really enjoyed the spa, and the restaurant was excellent; we thank the sommelier Paola for her great professionalism and kindness, and also Johan, her colleague. The bedding was truly uncomfortable—too firm and unevenly firm.

The evening meals were very good, yet the reception staff were not necessarily smiling or warm, which is a shame given the hotel's advertised level. Breakfast is decent for a 3‑star, but could improve with a à la carte service (eggs, omelette, etc.) and stop using industrially scrambled eggs :-(

The room was great, clean, with a nice view of the golf course and lake, and the spa was excellent and varied; the setting is very pleasant. Unfortunately the terrace is uncovered so we couldn't use it, the restaurant dishes are pricey for the quality, the queen‑size bed isn’t that large, and the rooms stay small.

A lovely comfortable hotel, nicely decorated. Staff were very helpful. The grounds were amazing. Nothing

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but I had booked a view of the park and it turned out to be the parking lot (car alarm at 7 am). Spa access is extra.
