The staff were helpful and cooperative, but the location is hard to find and the hotel isn’t very clean or nice.

The staff are very helpful, breakfast remains clean and tidy, and the rooms are small but contain almost everything you need; the stores are next door. However, there are no additional facilities such as a gym or laundry, and I needed an invoice for my business trip but received no response from the hotel.

Receptionist Aleyna does an excellent job; she helped us extend our stay on time, answered all our questions, and was very attentive throughout our visit.
