From the moment we arrived, this hotel was a horrible experience. People were sitting on the curb right in front of the property, which made us uncomfortable. As soon as we walked in, the hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes and mildew, nothing like the online description. We booked a queen‑size bed but were given a room with two full‑size beds, and the room itself was far from what we expected. The so‑called “complimentary breakfast” was just a grab‑and‑go option, and when we went to get breakfast there was no coffee. Worse, the guests upstairs were extremely noisy and obnoxious, stomping around and making a lot of noise. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would rate this place 0/10 and will definitely not be returning.

“fair conditions for a quick one night stay”

Spacious room. Bed is comfortable. The guy who checked me in at about 10:30pm was very friendly. And he knows what he was doing, very helpful. Our room slept 3 people but only 2 sets of towels. A new guy at the front desk at 1am said the hotel ran out of towel. Then the next morning, the coffee ran out too before 9:30am. The lady at the front desk said she does not want to cook more because the breakfast closes at 9:30am. There is no open area for a group gathering. The carpet in the hotel hallway has a musty smell

“When I arrived I was told they didn’t have my room and then they showed me the only room they had left which was not clo”

There was nothing that stood out in a positive way. The place was run down and smelled of smoke.

“No sentence just terrible. And bad customer service”

What do you consider breakfast? The fact that they put us in an occupied room and then said someone must have left the door open was unexpected, yeah ok.
