I didn’t like anything about the accommodation; it was tiny, you couldn’t swing a cat in that room. The staff were unhelpful, constantly telling me to go back to my room. They wouldn’t let me cancel my booking until they had a message form, and I couldn’t contact them through my app or by calling the local customer service number—no response for 5 days. I didn’t like the room, the staff, or the area. There were no decent restaurants within walking distance. Tuk‑Tuk drivers couldn’t speak English, so they got lost every time I tried to reach an appointment. No one was friendly or helpful. Even when I explained how to cancel my booking on the actual booking page, they still wouldn’t do it, saying they had to hear from you first. I had the worst experience and would never recommend Ajanta Continental to anyone.
