“Recomendable, con objeciones”

The room’s amenities were solid, especially the cheese selection at breakfast, which is rare in Tanzanian hotels. The staff, and particularly the management, were available and friendly, handling the issues we faced to our satisfaction. The surrounding area was noisy, even at 5 am while we were on the eighth floor. We had no Wi‑Fi for the first two of our three days. We waited over an hour for dinner to be delivered. We booked a two‑destination excursion with the hotel, but only reached one spot, though they compensated us financially. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport, but the driver charged an exorbitant fare.

Value for money unexceptable compare to other hotels that are in a friendly environment. 1. Entrance is crowded 2. No comfortable reception area. 3. Value for money to compare outside is not reasonable. Need to think repricing

The team was very pleasant and eager to assist with anything needed, arranging a boxed breakfast early on our final day for the safari trip. The hotel itself isn’t problematic, but the neighborhood is loud—traffic, parties, and clubs at night—so soundproofing is almost nonexistent. It’s a decent place for rest and good food in Arusha, yet the price feels high for what’s offered.
