The spot is great and the price is solid, but the bathroom curtain was missing and parking at the hostel was impossible.

The hosts are super friendly, and being off the usual tourist trail makes it a real treat; locals are welcoming in restaurants and supermarkets, the hostel is nicely decorated, and the pool is a bonus. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent.

I liked the location a lot, close to everything. Everyone was very kind and helpful, the room is wonderful, beautiful and very comfortable. The hostel itself was a cozy place. And Dona Aidil is a wonderful person, everyone was. Everything was perfect.

The spot is right where you want to be and the family running the place are genuinely warm and helpful – I’d definitely stay again. The only snag was the gate being locked, which made getting in a bit of a hassle.

Narciso was a star, giving us solid tips on what to see around Itaparica and Vera Cruz, and the inn itself feels cozy and charming. The only let‑down was the bedding and towels – they’re fine for the price but could be a touch better.
