The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was homemade and tasty. The facilities are modern, creatively designed, and clean. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and points of interest. The rooms aren’t very soundproof; we could hear all the noise from the floor above. The solarium and jacuzzi are very small. One day we went to see it and there were already four people, which was already annoying for more.

Breakfast was good. The room wasn’t great and had a quite low‑height round bed. When we asked to change rooms, they said they were fully booked and that this wasn’t possible. I would have preferred this was stated clearly at the booking stage, as there is only one picture of that room attached to the type of room you select while booking.

We were given the suite with a private balcony, number 13, which was very comfortable. The room is spacious and the balcony is good for hanging clothes. This suite offers privacy; otherwise, several balconies face the common patio. They clean the room every day, it’s a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the center, and it’s easy if you drive to avoid the ZLT zones. Breakfast is simple but very tasty. The service is good. The solarium area is very pretty. The fridge is very small; if the card isn’t inserted it stops working. In a hotel, it’s important that the minibar works and that you can put water bottles in it. This forces you to buy at the hotel at high prices. There are no glasses or a corkscrew in the bedroom. The parking is a few blocks away.

It’s in a strategic location near the pedestrian center but outside, so you can get there comfortably by car and it’s quiet and silent in the evening. It’s spotless and all the staff were always kind and helpful. The atmosphere is family‑like and you feel at home. The cherry on top, the first breakfasts were wonderful!
