“À éviter!”
Nothing good to say. The staff were unhelpful, there is no private beach as advertised and no high‑speed internet; on the second floor we couldn’t use the hotel Wi‑Fi. The property is far from Grand Baie, so you’ll need transport; there are no shops nearby. The hotel allows late‑night parties, so we had to endure families staying until 1 a.m., despite the notice that “the hotel does not allow noise from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.” Because the rooms and common areas are close, this was very unpleasant and we couldn’t sleep. The pool was dirty, there were missing kitchen utensils, and if you plan to take the bus you’ll have to walk through two dirt paths full of trash and rats. We are very disappointed!!!!
“Séjour près de Cap Malheureux”
The room was spacious and well equipped. It’s a bit out of the way but you can get there by bus and explore nearby Cap Malheureux, Grand Baie, Trou aux Biches… Our very friendly hostess answered all our requests. A good stay!
“Horrible fuyez”
The accommodation was very dirty with grime in the shower and sink, the shared kitchen was filthy with cockroaches and ants, Wi‑Fi was nonexistent in the room, breakfast was not offered at the start of our stay except for eggs and sausages that we had to cook ourselves, and we had to complain to get fruit juice and fruit. The neighbourhood is littered with trash; it’s a dump right across from the residence.

The host and his son were extremely helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The plunge pool and outdoor area were clean and well kept. You will need a car to stay here.
