“Un Hotel Boho-Chic ideal para descansar, relajarse y disfrutar del ambiente de Tulum”
The hotel’s design is fantastic, matching Tulum’s Bohemian Chic vibe with excellent finishes, facilities, and various spots. Concierge service was always attentive and helped us make great reservations. The only downside is that they charge a cappuccino at breakfast in a room that costs almost 800 pesos per night with breakfast included, and they still ask for a tip even though the value is zero, which feels odd. Tulum has a serious communication issue; the cellular and internet connection is very poor, and the hotel should address that. I’ve stayed elsewhere where, despite no internet in the town, the hotel’s internet works perfectly.
