I highly recommend this home stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, the balcony was huge, and everything from a grocery store to restaurants and the sea was within walking distance. Ioanna is very kind and thoughtful; she’s happy to chat and share stories if you want, but if you prefer quiet she stays out of the way. The kitchen is available if you wish to cook. I had a great time learning about the area’s history and getting to know her. There was no other guest in the other room, so it was very quiet; if someone else were renting that room, the noise level would depend on who that person is and how considerate they are.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and the balcony was a perfect spot to relax in the morning. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and Ioanna’s warm hospitality made the visit even better.

The apartment was cozy with a stunning view and a large balcony. Breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of coffee options. Ioanna was extremely kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.

The host took great care of us, doing everything she could to make our stay comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our holiday. The apartment is conveniently reachable from the airport by the X97 bus. The Nirvana bus stop is just a five‑minute walk away. You can choose between a paid beach, a free public beach, or take bus 117 to the beaches in Vouliagmeni.
