I didn’t like anything at all. I was upset about staying in an annex with a damp smell, a tiny window, old towels with frayed threads, a broken shower, stained sheets, and old, worn bed linens—everything in that room looked old and shabby. They have no sense of the price they charge or what they actually offer.

We were offered an upgrade to an apartment with a full kitchen, which greatly improved our stay. The staff were very friendly.
