The room was excellent, but the bar‑restaurant staff were quite disorganised, didn’t scan the room, and served customers out of order; they also need proper uniforms—crew shirts and black trousers.

Nice old place with a worldly feel, comparable to others in the area.

The location is beautiful and the food and drinks are excellent, but we waited ages at reception—others did too—there were cobwebs around the bedroom window frames, and the bathroom grout wasn’t as clean as expected.

The staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. We were looked after very well. Nothing
