This was our second stay at the hotel, the last one being over five years ago, and it was a true rediscovery and delight! Besides its ideal location near the centre and Vallesinella, the facilities are of high quality, especially the wellness centre. What will stay with us most is the extraordinary kindness and professionalism of the staff, as well as the high‑quality, almost bistronomic dinners (we were on half‑board). An essential address!

We loved the cozy vibe of the facility and the staff made the experience seamless. Getting our rental skis was simple, and they were delivered straight to the locker. The shuttle to the mountain was always available and wonderful! Some of the building’s treatments could be updated, but overall the hotel was lovely.

I loved everything, from the staff who were all friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The building itself is gorgeous, spotless, and made of wood everywhere, with various small rooms where you can read, eat, or chat. There's a bar, a spa, and a beautiful photonic area, even with a section right in the middle of the snow. The rooms are warm, cozy, and clean.
