How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The setting felt like Tuscany, the staff were very friendly, the dining room was beautiful, and the food was tasty 😋. A second storage shelf in the bathroom would be nice for two people, and small night‑stand cabinets for the alarm clock or phone would be useful.

We intentionally chose the smaller Economy room, which was set up with a lot of love and style. Apolonija, a stylish lady, runs the house superbly. The breakfast, personally served by her, had everything you need and was of very good quality. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night.

It was a good base for us in a quiet spot. We visited the caves, the coast, the Slovene Tuscany, and Lipiza from here. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and the breakfast was good (the same each day, ready on your table). The owner was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a real issue: the toilet was too close to the shower wall, forcing you to sit at an angle, and the shower was so small you couldn’t comfortably get under water. It was very noisy (ventilation, toilet, tap) and the bedroom bath had no enclosure. It was a pity.

The reception was very friendly. Special breakfast requests were handled without any problem. The rooms are very clean and modern, the outdoor area is well maintained, and the parking is generous and right in front of the building.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet und auch die Gestaltung der Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, liebevoll vorbereitet und mit frischen Produkten. Besonders angenehm war auch das sehr bequeme Bett. Wer ein Economy-Zimmer bucht, sollte wissen, dass diese wirklich sehr klein sind. Zudem liegt das Anwesen direkt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, weshalb der Verkehrslärm auch nachts deutlich hörbar ist. Das WLAN hat während unseres Aufenthalts leider praktisch nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück wird zudem erst ab 08.30 Uhr angeboten, was für Reisende, die früh weiterfahren möchten, eher unpraktisch ist
