“Great room and nice spot, close to most.”
The front desk staff were warm and friendly every time I interacted with them; they were approachable and very helpful, which made a big difference in how I was received, checked in, and how my requests were handled. When we asked for extra towels, the gentleman who delivered them was kind and sweet. The gym was well stocked with cold water, towels, and kept clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast, especially the espresso machine and coffee. It looked like a great setup if we hadn’t already had scheduled meetings. We liked sitting on the back patio; even though it was warmer, the trees and shade made it relaxing and peaceful. I didn’t like that housekeeping entered our room unannounced; we were about to leave at 10:10 AM but still gathering our things and felt a bit pushy. The gentleman servicing the breakfast area was very busy and harried; he briefly asked if we were having breakfast but was not warm or receptive, which may have been because he was just too busy, and it felt awkward. Parking is in the next building from the hotel and separate, without a breezeway, and because it’s further down a one‑way street you also have to drive around the block to reach the front of the hotel when picking up people or items. The hotel staff are generous in allowing short or quick car stops, which was appreciated but something to note for those driving a vehicle and coordinating.
“Clean and quiet.”
It was so quiet that no A/C woke me up at night. The charge for breakfast was $20.00 per person, but we did not have breakfast at the hotel.
“I really have no complaints. I definitely would stay again if I came back to visit.”
The location was close to the airport and we enjoyed sitting out in the lounge area. Overall the hotel was really nice, but the floor in our room could have been cleaned a bit better; we saw some dirt spots on it.
The people were very nice and the location is good; it’s very easy to Uber around, and I love the cold stone ice cream.
“Excelente”
It’s kind of new, and everything I liked.
