The location was ideal with a splendid view, the room was beautiful and spacious, and breakfast was delicious, but the air‑conditioning was noisy, the room lacked soundproofing, early‑morning bird noise echoed in the hall, and we had a hot‑water issue that prevented us from using the balcony bathtub as we wanted.

Wow, what a stunning location. The building is very well done, rooms are spacious with nice views over the countryside, and the staff were super helpful and friendly—especially Apple at reception and Kentji who assisted us in a desperate moment. Kieran sends his regards to both of you. Thank you to the whole friendly team. We loved our stay and have fond memories of it. For others, it’s a bit off the beaten path, but that’s the point; it overlooks a beautiful landscape, the grounds are well maintained, and the nighttime lighting is extra special. We loved it. Also, we stayed with a 6‑month‑old baby, so everything was comfortable, convenient, and the staff were amazing. The only minor fault is that the water could be a bit hotter, especially for the outdoor bath if you want to indulge. A very minor point.

The staff were very good, the restaurant food was tasty, the hotel was clean, the view of the mountains and the stream was nice, but the entrance required passing through a small village and the road was quite narrow.
