Proximity to the event we were attending. Staff nice and polite. Lobby smelled weird, room was clammy feeling, bathroom door too big to clear the toilet to close, trash never emptied, no coffee maker but had supplies for making coffee, sink, tub and toilet not very clean

N/a. Keys didn’t work. Was given a smoking room not the non smoking one I reserved. No elevator and was given a 2nd floor room for me and my disabled wife

Location. I had 2 rooms and had to cancel one due to severe cigarette smoke allergies. I was promised a refund but didn’t get it. Don’t use this 3rd party website!

Bagel & white bread to toast, butter & cream cheese, Dry cereal, Air conditioner worked, they use to have peanut butter & jelly, juices, yogurt, & fruit, Didn't find any again this month. the pool still isn't working. They put me in a smoking room that I had to change, The TV remote didn't work. i had do it manually. The staff they use to have was terrific, (I've been staying there for over a year) If there were issues with anything, They jumped on it to fix whatever it was, TV, Computer, Printer (even with my own), internet. NO TOWELS! for the pool ( although it hasn't been working the last 2 months ANYWAY, I've been staying there) Just always greeted you coming or going

Location. Refrigerator, TV, microwave and about half the lights did not work. Furniture looked like someone had used a machete on it
