Very good location in the old town. All attractions are within walking distance. The promenade and the famous Batumi Boulevard are practically at the corner. Exchange offices, shops, restaurants – everything is nearby. The room is magnificent, with everything for a comfortable stay (mini fridge, TV, kettle, hair dryer, disposable slippers, shampoo). Impeccable cleanliness, good linens. The host and his family are very friendly, welcoming, and delicate people, always ready to help. The house is old, the stairs are steep, so elderly people should keep that in mind. If I’m in Batumi again, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. There is nothing like that.

“Ottima scelta, comodo per tutto, qualità prezzo top”

The hotel is very simple, don’t expect a resort, but the location is great (in the old town). The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful and cooperative even when language is a barrier… comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and silence, you sleep like a god. The only downside is the stairs to reach the room, but they help with luggage and in Georgia it’s hard not to find stairs in buildings.

The hotel has a superb location: Piazza Square is within walking distance, as well as many cafes and restaurants. The room is spacious and comfortable. I was very pleased with the care for guests – umbrellas are provided in the lobby on the first floor in case of rain. Overall, it’s an excellent option for a few days’ trip if you value comfort and a convenient location.

“однозначно рекомендую”

расположение - лучше и быть не могло. в старом городе, при этом именно в этом месте достаточно тихо: все бары в небольшом отдалении в холле есть зонты для гостей. мне достался номер на 3м этаже с огромной терассой. забраться на 3й этаж без отдышки- невозможно)) но вид из окна стоит того) за стеной был расположен, вероятно, наружный блок от кондиционера, которвй страшно гудел, но ребята выключали его по первой просьбе

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything was beautiful, stylish, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The room had everything we could possibly need — even an iron and ironing board, which came in very handy, as well as the option to do laundry. There was also a fridge and even a TV in the room, which made our stay even more convenient. The shower was absolutely amazing, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water at all times. After a long day, it was such a pleasure to come back and relax. The staff were fantastic — incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Communication was excellent, and they were available 24/7 whenever we needed anything. They were also kind enough to let us check in earlier and check out later, which made our trip much more comfortable. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage there without any problems, which was extremely convenient. Everything was clean, well thought out and beautifully maintained, and you could really feel how much attention was given to the guests’ comfort. We truly loved our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
