Fantastisk beliggenhet like ved stranden! Rent og pent i et stille og rolig strøk. God service fra utleier. Det blir litt trangt for 3 personer når man bor der i mange dager, skulle også gjerne hatt mulighet for å vaske klær

The place is awesome. You can walk to Poetto Beach in 3 minutes, it’s 4 km from Calgiari’s center, a taxi takes 7 minutes for 10–15 EUR, and a nearby bus costs 1.5 EUR and takes about 20 minutes; buses run every 25 minutes. The area has nice spots and restaurants, and Luigi is a very pleasant host. The only downside is the coffee machine isn’t good for morning coffee; later you’ll find great coffee spots but they open at 8 or 9 am.
The location is convenient because it’s just a few steps from the long beach of Poetto, where you can dine at restaurants at night. You can stroll along the shore in the evening, do water sports, or rent a bike; I recommend renting a car if you arrive by plane.

The location is close to the beach. The shared entrance with other rooms was a surprise, there’s no balcony, the curtains were torn, and the room felt worn out. The host was accommodating when I arrived late, but otherwise there was no interaction.
