Dirty and smelly. Smell, no cable TV and dirty inside and outside

The breakfast was really tasty; it would just be better if they kept it open a little longer.

I liked that the bed was clean and that there was a fridge and coffee in the room. I also liked that breakfast was included, even if it wasn’t all that great of a meal. The common areas seemed clean too. The towels were clean and the room itself was mostly clean. My bathtub was partially stopped up, so showers left me standing in about 2 inches of water. The shower head had a selectable stream type, but it didn’t work. The toilet kept running constantly. The carpet felt gross to walk on. The room’s phone didn’t work, and when I tried calling the front desk on my cellphone about my stay, they never answered. I called several times and never got a response from staff or an answering machine. When I told the clerk about the room issues, he apologized but nothing was fixed during my stay. I would have liked at least the tub’s partial clog cleared, but I had to deal with standing water. The 4th‑floor hallway and common areas had a broken AC unit, so it was uncomfortably warm going to and from the room. Breakfast was a minimal effort affair. Fruit was mostly just apples, and there weren’t enough tongs for the hot trays. The dining area was seldom cleaned.

I had no positive aspects to mention, and I couldn’t find any negative ones either.
