I never imagined I’d have to leave a hotel after just one night when I still had another night paid for, even though we’ve stayed in many different places before. This place was awful. From the moment we arrived there was no communication. When we walked into our room the sheets were dirty and the bed was hard. Later we went to the front desk—where we didn’t even know who the receptionist was because it’s always a different person—to ask what time breakfast was. They looked at us like we didn’t have breakfast and we said we did. The woman called someone and told us breakfast was at 9:00, which is pretty late. In the evening things got worse. I felt like I was sleeping on the street under cars, motorbikes and scooters, or maybe it was the air‑conditioner that was just too loud. I couldn’t sleep at all. In the morning breakfast was delayed to 9:15, so I booked another place and didn’t finish the stay. At the front desk a stranger who took the desk said we were leaving even though we were supposed to stay until tomorrow and just told us goodbye. The hotel never responds to messages. I’ve never had to leave after two nights in any accommodation we’ve used. I want my money back! Booking also hasn’t replied, I don’t know why. NEVER AGAIN!
