I was charged extra for breakfast even though it seemed included, and the interlocking doors on the corridor wouldn't stay open, making it tough for me and my kids to exit the room. The room was much smaller than advertised, the Wi‑Fi was unreliable and once the TV cut out because of no connection. My nephew left his phone in the room—I'm 150% convinced it was there, but housekeeping said it wasn't. Dinner was awful; the kids hated the chicken strips and chips, and the lamb pieces we had were hard.
