“Always a good experience”
My fiancé lost his set of keys while we were exploring Sapporo. We asked the reception staff if they could help us call the places where we might have left them. Ichi (not sure if her full name is “Ichihara”) helped us call the underground mall, Uniqlo, etc., and we were able to find the missing keys. I’ve stayed before with family at other Daiwa Roynet locations and the experience has always been good. We’ll definitely book this hotel chain again when we visit Japan. Nothing was wrong; everything was good.
