The staff were lovely, receptionist was so attending and helped with every little bit. Noise was minimal, bed was comfy and the room relatively clean and modern. Overall a decent stay, just a bit pricey. Some general fixing needed with paint and chipping, some things worn up a bit, towels had some hair dye stains but they were clean, carpet also had some stains. Just general bits of wear and tear. Did not impact the overall experience though!
