“Buona posizione e struttura, qualche dettaglio, relativamente importante, da rivedere”

The room looked good, the location of the property was good, and the owner was kind. The bathroom had everything and worked well. The air‑conditioning system was excellent, the mini‑fridge was good (though noisy). Wi‑Fi was decent, allowing regular streaming from a tablet. Parking was available outside the door. However, even though the shower worked fine, every time the water was turned off the steel ring covering the water handle would fall off. We understand the policy of not changing sheets and towels (appreciable) but we expected a quick cleaning between nights, including a new roll of toilet paper, which did not happen. Breakfast unfortunately needs improvement; it started at 8 am, while we hoped for 7–7:30 am (they suggested a few limited options to bring it forward), and in our case we had to wait in the presence of the owner, who was not entirely comfortable. Finally, hot drinks are served in disposable containers. The brioche offered was good.
