“Great people and great hotel”
The property is nice, clean, and well lit. Everything was good.
We were without power for an entire day, which ruined the stay.

The hotel is well organised and conveniently located, easy to reach from the roads. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, nicely decorated and tidy. Cleaning is excellent and the linen is high quality. The staff are helpful, polite and proactive, resolving issues quickly. The movers are great and fast. Breakfast is well served and good quality. On weekends, a piano plays in the hall next to the restaurant; what could be pleasant turns into a nuisance. Because of its proximity, the piano sound bleeds into the dining area and breakfast guests have to lower their conversation volume. Combined with the loud cell phone speakers (yes, they exist and can be noisy when handled by people in a bad mood), the place becomes a shouting room, making it not very enjoyable to be there.

I liked the reception staff and the room space. The room was spacious. Good location. I found the shower bad and the bathroom overall needs a makeover. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. The room TV didn’t work. They offered a different room, but we had already unpacked and since it was only a single day, we didn’t switch. The hotel bar and restaurant close on Sunday, which is a shame. They only offer room service. The breakfast was very disappointing. There is variety but the taste is questionable. The cake was overly sweet and dry, the croissant was cold, scrambled eggs had too much milk, coffee tasted bad… The worst was the valet service. Unfortunately when we arrived at the rental, the car door was scratched and slightly dented. And note: we didn’t use the car during the stay (we did everything by Uber). The car stayed at the hotel all the time, but because we were in a hurry to go to the airport, we didn’t notice the car’s condition when they brought it and only saw it when we got back to the rental. This cost us a loss of 1200 reais. Overall, I expected more.
