Cute, small, and the shower actually had hot water. The hostess was very nice. It’s rough and rugged, so know what you’re getting into: an amazing hike followed by a quiet night with a book.

The staff are superb at all customer service needs, very educated and polite all the time; when we couldn’t get transportation to a popular trail, they offered a drop‑off with no hesitation – they are the best! The stay was too short.

I liked that it’s close to the jungle and everything is peaceful.

A quiet place where you can enjoy the birdsong, very relaxing. Everything is clean and the staff are very friendly. 10 out of 10.

I found more than just a hostel at EcoAmigo El Rincón; it felt like a family home with genuine hospitality that welcomed me right away. The cabins are clean and cozy, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is superb, close to restaurants, great hiking spots, and surrounded by a delightful climate that truly invites you to disconnect and enjoy nature. All of this comes at an unbeatable price. Definitely a place worth returning to. Everything was perfect, exactly as advertised.
