The facility was kept in perfect condition. The room is spacious and clean, though the toilet is tiny. Breakfast is acceptable, the location is ideal for hiking the Grunas waterfall and the Blue Eye, a bit far for the Valbona pass, Wi‑Fi works well, and parking is convenient. The tiny bathroom and lack of air conditioning are drawbacks; in September we didn’t need it, but it could be an issue in summer.

The place was fantastic—an oasis after the tough Balkans hike, complete with a nice jacuzzi, amazing breakfast, spacious comfy beds, and very kind staff!

The room was spectacular. Everything was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi worked normally, and breakfast was quite complete.

The location was perfect right at the waterfall trailhead, a quieter corner of Theth but still within easy walking distance to restaurants; the staff were super friendly, the rooms clean and cozy, and the views were magnificent from every angle. The only minor drawback was that the hotel didn’t have its own restaurant—just breakfast—so you had to leave for lunch and dinner, but there were plenty of nearby options, so it wasn’t a big issue.
