We stayed in room 401, which was dusty and the front sink was in need of replacement. The tub made a creeky sound when we tried to use it, and the water was hard to shut off, indicating the bathroom was quite old. Outside, the building looked fairly new, but it didn’t match the room’s condition or the promised upgrade. The closet had no rod for hanging clothes, and although hangers were provided, there was nothing to hang them on. A single small trash can was present, and when I asked the front desk in person for another one, they never supplied it. The front desk staff were rarely present, and one of the side doors had a rock to keep it open, raising concerns about security and who might be coming in and out unnoticed. Overall, no staff were available at the front desk and the room had accumulated dust.
